This was our first breadmaker. We reseached breadmakers as a few months as a result read most of theo- reviews here upon amazon as theo- different models. I can’t exactly say how it was about this model that triggered our purchase, but theo- positive reviews were a plus. We received theo- breadmaker after a short delay (it was out of stock) as a result immediately started making bread. tr875 bread maker super easy to use, as a result theo- bread was excellent. The menu has 10 preset bread recipe choices, as a result options as different crusts (light, medium, dark) as a result it can score either a 1.5lb or 2lb. Loaf. The first loaf we made was menu option 1, classic white bread, 2lb loaf. We used all purpose flour, vegetable oil, as a result normal over theo- counter ingredients (salt, sugar, tap water). The yeast was fleischmann’s. Water, as a result everything else but theo- flour as a result yeast go within first. Then flour, then yeast upon top. Press menu button 1, then theo- loaf button to select 2lb loaf, then select theo- crust you want. Press start. That’s it. Makes a 2lb. Loaf within about 3hrs. 10 mins. The only time i interacted with theo- device was to gently push loaf residue off of theo- sides of theo- bread pan during theo- initial mixing. I don’t know if that’s necessary or not, but i didn’t want dough remnants upon theo- side of theo- pan, so i helped out theo- mixing process with my spatula.
