At first, I would experience rated this laptop 5 star. Led fine, easily upgradable, sleek, etc. Afterward a few months of using, I got getting lockups. Instantly they are daily. No, it’s not a virus. I attempted contacting technical stomach – less intelligence there than a cable company tech endure line. In fact, the appendage is “send us the laptop and we will transport you a repaired laptop”. Lastly time I did that (a different electronics device) I received back a device that was clearly Toshiba Satellite L755-S5350 used, abused, and in worse condition. My succeeding purchase will be a Dell.
